Our Eco-Code at Brook House

We recognise that if we want to live in a City and World that is clean, green and safe, we all need to carry out activities in ways that, as far as possible, improve rather than damage the environment.

We will therefore;

  1. Take responsibility for the effects our school's activities have on the environment and keep these more environmentally friendly.
  2. Help our pupils, teachers, adult workers and governors to learn more about the environment and keep Brook House eco-friendly.
  3. Tell other people about what we are doing to help the environment.

Update - 26TH October 2007

Great news for Brook House and the whole community !

We have been awarded the prestigious Green Flag ! Over many years, the school has developed eco-activities to improve the environment both inside and outside the school grounds.

To attain this coveted award Brook House have had to adhere to a strict award qualification criteria, more in depth information on this qualifying criteria can be found by following the links below.
